| How important have AC's become in your life?Do you like them? | | Well in a software company you definitely have to stay in an Air Conditioned environment. Do you use AC at your home too?
And what about in your car? Do you have it there too?
And how often do you use it?
Dont you feel that using the AC all the time weakens our resistance power to dirt and other diseases caused because of dust? Dont you think using an AC destroys the environmental balance because of the release of certain green house gases? | |
| | Thought the letter was from a friend of my husband's but it was not | | Around noon, when I went to check the mail, we got the usual advertisement, a credit card application, and one letter that was handwritten addressed to my husband. I told him, "it must be one of your friends from work. Maybe there is a funeral or something," so he opened it and found out it was an advertisement for cleaning furnaces and air conditioners. Now most of the time, they will put address labels on the envelope, or will print them on the computer, or they will buy envelopes with the name of the company already printed on, but this was handwritten.
It was really annoying in that it appeared to misrepresent itself as a letter from a friend.
So does that happen to you, that you get a letter that appears to be from a friend or someone who might know you personally and it is just an advertisement and how does it make you feel? | |

| | well we get the heater fixed and today it is seventy degrees outside... | | hello everybody here at Mylot.well after getting our central heat and air conditioner fixed yesterday, it gets to seventy degrees here in Middle Tennessee today. lol figures, right? but i am so glad that our heater is fixed and is working properly again, it is just the first of February and we'll probably be needing that heater again before the nice days of Spring approach us. so tell me, have you ever gotten something fixed that was broken, to find out that you do not need to use it right away?thanks for sharing and have a beautiful afternoon. | |

We all experience the sizzling hot summer before, and we just need the fans, and A/C to keep us through the hot summer time. Would you rather living frugally, and not to turn on the A/C at home? Because sometimes the temperature reach up to 90 or 100 degrees, even with a fan, you just can't stand the heat.
My boss told us that once, at home, he intended to save money, so he didn't turn on the A/C for the whole summer. I just wonder how could he stand all these heat at night. I just couldn't sleep at night. | |

Despite so many developments and advancements in the techno world, despite having easy care and wrinkle free garments, we need to iron our clothes.now, i just wanna know if you were able to use all of them more often?at home, our turbo broiler and mixer aren't that used a lot. we only use them during special occassions or when some relatives come.my mother would request to use them for fast and convenient works.how about you? | |
